Ken Stuart is a singer, actor, performer, and comedian who has appeared on stage, television, film, and in live concert for the past fifteen years.

Ken has studied performing arts at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. There, he received his Master of Fine Arts degree in Ken StuartActing/Directing and had the opportunity to work under the guidance of the famed Broadway and Hollywood director, Joshua Logan. He continued his studies at Michigan State University, in East Lansing, Michigan where he had the opportunity to perform in dramatic and musical theatre productions including leading major roles in Hello, Dolly!, Annie Get Your Gun, and A Tale of Two Cities. Ken received his PhD in Theatre from Michigan State University in 1991. As an actor and singer, Ken performed in over forty plays in New York, Florida, Michigan and Kentucky.

Performing is Ken’s second career, following twelve years of practicing dentistry. Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, Stuart’s studies took him from Queens College to the University of Pennsylvania where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree). As Newsday put it, “These days, his interests tend more toward the Beatles than bicuspids.”

During the past five years, Ken has devoted himself to performing his musical concerts and shows fulltime. He performs over one-hundred and fifty programs a year at theatres, concert halls, residential clubhouses, weddings, private parties, public libraries, senior centers, and YMCA’s/YMHA’s. In New York City, Ken’s singing engagements include some of New York’s finest cabaret’s including Don’t Tell Momma, The Garage, The Oaks, Danny’s Skylight Room and Broadway Joe’s Steakhouse.

Ken's love of Jewish music has inspired him to continue his musical studies by becoming a cantor, and he has been leading High Holy Day Services at synagogues in the Northeast.

With a rich and warm baritone voice, Ken’s repertoire includes the great American songbook, Broadway show tunes from the 1920's to the present, international love songs, rock ‘n roll classics and “pop” hits from the 1950's to the twenty-first century. From mid-December to March, Ken performs his shows in South Florida. The rest of the year, Ken Stuart performs throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
